This policy explains the data TempMail.Best processes to provide temporary, receive-only inboxes.

1. Collection of Information

You do not need to register or provide a personal email address. We process the generated temporary address, its expiry time, and incoming message data so the inbox can work.

2. Storage of Emails

TempMail.Best only receives email; it does not send email. An inbox stores at most its 20 newest incoming messages on Cloudflare infrastructure.

3. Deletion of Emails

The temporary address and its stored messages are deleted after the selected 10-minute or 1-hour lifetime, or when you delete the inbox manually.

4. Data Security

The browser mailbox session is restored through a Secure, HttpOnly __Host-mailbox cookie. Browser scripts cannot read this cookie, and mailbox identity or lifetime is not stored in localStorage. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare processes requests and incoming messages as the infrastructure provider required to operate the service.

To display sender avatars, your browser may request an email-specific avatar from gravatar.webp.se using a SHA-256 hash of the sender address, then a domain avatar from unavatar.webp.se if needed. These providers receive request metadata such as your IP address, browser user agent, request time, and the hashed sender address or sender domain. Avatar requests omit the referrer and do not include message content or your temporary mailbox address.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information or email content. We may disclose data when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

7. Cookies

The mailbox feature uses the HttpOnly session cookie described above. Other local preferences, such as theme, may be stored in your browser.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we may have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
